Inspired by a three-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog, and launched in 2006, Pets On Rugs manufactures unique, one-of-a-kind keepsake rugs for pet lovers everywhere. Using a specialized manufacturing process, an image from your favorite pet photograph is actually injection-dyed into the fibers of the rug. The result is a vibrant and durable portrait that you, your family, your friends, - and, of course, your pets – will enjoy for years.

 

Founder Sharon Greenberg got the idea for Pets On Rugs when her husband surprised her with a custom rug featuring “Luna,” her beloved Bernese Mountain Dog. “I thought I was getting jewelry,” jokes Greenberg. “Instead I got something even better.” Greenberg loved the rug so much that she put it in the front hallway of her home where it resides today. And after countless friends asked her where they could get a similar rug featuring their favorite pet photo, Pets On Rugs was born.
