What is your Guarantee and Return Policy?
Simple. If your rug isn’t right, we want it back! Pets On Rugs takes great pride in every custom rug we make, and we are pleased to include a 100% guarantee against all defects in material and workmanship. Your pets are important, and so is our commitment to flawless production and customer satisfaction.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Pets On Rugs accepts all credit cards -- American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We also accept personal checks for those who don't want to order online.
What are your Digital Photo Requirements?
Digital photos should be taken at the highest resolution possible, at least 3.2 mega pixels. Scanned images need to be at 300 dpi. The image file should be in JPEG file format and no larger than 4MB and no smaller than 100k.
How do I know if my Image Resolution is high enough?
Taking photos at your digital camera’s highest resolution setting should resolve any resolution problems, but check your manual for details. If there is a problem with your image, you will either receive an error message when you upload the image on our site or we will e-mail you.
I don’t have a digital image. Can you take photograph prints?
At this time, Pets On Rugs is unable to accept hard-copy photograph prints. However, many film developers across the country offer negative-to-digital or print-to-digital services.
How do I know how my Rug will look?
After you upload your photo and complete your order, you will see a preview of your rug. We do not begin production until you approve your order.
How long does it take to receive my Rug?
Expect to receive your rug in approximately four weeks.
Are there any special Care Instructions for your rugs?
Not really. Put our traditional-backed rugs anywhere in your home, and they can be steam cleaned or home cleaned with a carpet cleaner such as Capture®. Our smaller, rubber-backed rugs can be used indoors or outdoors, and can be cold-water washed, hosed, or pressure washed.
What is the Quality of your rugs?
Well, we love them! Unlike other rugs we’ve seen on the market, the image is not stamped on the surface. The image on a Pets On Rugs rug is injection-dyed into the fibers, so these rugs will not fade. Display our rugs in a sun-filled room! Our smaller, rubber-backed rugs are even appropriate for use outdoors.
Can I send you a picture of my cockatiel?
Dogs, cats, horses, birds – any pet, any animal is perfect for a Pets On Rugs keepsake. Also consider family photos or scanned children’s artwork for rugs throughout your home, an office, or for gifts. Please note that Pets On Rugs is unable to use copyrighted material. We also reserve the right to refuse to reproduce images we consider inappropriate.
